Step 1: Initial Consultation - Scope of the Engagement

We arrange a meeting to hear what you are looking for, what your objective is and what your goals are.

Step 2: Assessment

We review what you already have in place, what keeps it together, and which improvement areas. This may involve speaking with several stakeholders involved to ascertain the complete picture.

Step 3: Execution and Implementation

We would then deliver our findings back to you. At this point, we would organize the project and how it will be delivered back to you based on your needs.

Step 4: Post Engagement Support

The engagement is of course not over once completed. We will support your existing Salt Open solution including changes not introduced by the engagement.
